Renovations & New Builds

A renovation is the one time the walls are open. It is the cheapest moment your house will ever have for getting the electrical right: circuits sized for how the room will actually be used, outlets where the furniture will really go, lighting planned instead of inherited. Done well at rough-in, the electrical disappears into the build. Done as an afterthought, it's soffits and surface raceway forever.

The work runs the full sequence. Layout and load planning against the drawings, the ESA permit, rough-in coordinated with framing and plumbing, the inspection, then finishing after drywall and paint: devices, fixtures, panel labelling, final inspection. Kitchens get the dedicated appliance circuits the code demands. Basements get the ceiling heights and egress realities planned around. Garages and shops get panels sized for the tools that are actually coming.

Homeowners running their own reno and general contractors running full builds get the same thing: showing up when the schedule says, work that passes inspection the first time, and a written quote that holds. Change orders happen on real projects. When they do, the price is on paper before the work is in the wall.
